County Assembly is the representative body of citizens and the entity of the County that enacts general and other documents required by law.
1. brings Statute; (>>> Statutes)
2. makes rules of his work;
3. adopt general acts and other decisions that determine the issues of self-competence;
4. elects and dismisses Vice President and President of the Assembly, prefect and his deputies;
5. establishes and elects members of the working bodies and appoints and dismisses others as defined by law and other regulations;
6. regulates the organization and scope of the administrative county bodies;
7. establishes public institutions and other legal basis for conducting economic, social and other activities of interest for the County ;
8. bringing the budget and final revenue account;
9. gives an authentic interpretation of statute and other acts brought by;
10. performs other duties which by law or other regulations are within the Assembly competence |
